Watering hoses
“Slavyane” LLC is one of the experts in the production of PVC hoses in Ukraine. For 15 years, the company has been producing watering hoses that are effectively operated in the Ukrainian climate throughout the entire seasonal watering period. The hose has an attractive appearance, has increased frost resistance, retains flexibility and does not lend itself to kinks. It can be stored both in a heated and in an unheated room. The hose is made from primary raw materials, has its own optimal size range for the inner diameter, as well as a wide range of colors and markings according to the customer.
Injection molding of plastic parts.
Our company has a Battenfeld thermoplastic fleet, where we provide plastic molding services from simple to the most complex. Being a customer-oriented enterprise, we carry out even small orders of several hundred products. 2-shift production, proven relations with suppliers of raw materials, constant quality control allows you to quickly and flawlessly perform mass production of plastic products.
Procurement and processing of plastics
We process polystyrene scrap, waste stretch and heat shrink films, polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), high and low pressure polyethylene (LDPE, PVN), sorting by type of material, color, quality.
Then (if necessary) the waste is cleaned in a special washing and drying complex, crushing, sintering, granulation. As a result of these processes, high-quality raw materials in the form of granules are obtained, ready for molding, extrusion, and blowing of plastic products.
